How passing strange it is that few Baha’is consult on new learnings showing beyond any doubt Baha’u’llah’s engagement re Esperanto. Kiel strange estas, ke malmultaj bahaanoj konsultas pri nova eseo, pruvante sendube la engaĝiĝon de Baha'u'llah rilate Esperanton. 

New learnings gleaned from Professor Christopher Buck’s work, Scholar Meets Prophet, (Baha’i Library Online, 2014) establish beyond doubt that Baha’u’llah promoted Esperanto. Among other proofs, please investigate recently published statements on the international auxlang principle penned by Prof Edward Granville Browne as based on his interviews with Bahá’u’lláh in 1890:

Albeit Baha’u’llah favoured Esperanto, He assigned selection of a universal auxlang to the Universal House of Justice and the parliaments of the world. Notwithstanding Baha’u’llah’s guidance voiced to Granville Browne, and the understanding of it that he conveyed in writing to Baron Rosen, along with the force of deductive reasoning bolstering these new learnings there is no reference either from Abdul Baha or from Baha'u'llah that can make us believe that Esperanto will necessarily develop into the international auxiliary language of the future.
